Welcome to TrustScan, an AI-powered app that helps users scan products to determine their safety and provides calorie counting from scanned food images.

By using TrustScan, you agree to the following Terms of Use:

Subscription and Payment

TrustScan offers auto-renewing subscription plans:

• Weekly Plan: $9.00/week for unlimited product scanning and calorie counting.
• Yearly Plan: $29.99/year for unlimited access to all premium features.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage your subscription through your Apple ID settings.

User Content and Scanning

You retain all rights to any images or product information you scan using the app. However, you are solely responsible for ensuring that:

• The content you scan does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights
• You have the right to scan and analyze the products you choose to use with TrustScan
• You understand that TrustScan provides informational analysis and should not replace professional medical or nutritional advice

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use TrustScan for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Accuracy and Disclaimers

While TrustScan uses advanced AI technology to analyze products and provide safety ratings and calorie information, please note:

• Results are for informational purposes only and should not replace professional advice
• We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of safety ratings or calorie counts
• Always consult healthcare professionals for dietary restrictions, allergies, or health concerns

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use TrustScan to:

• Scan illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
• Abuse the app's services or attempt to reverse-engineer its functionality
• Interfere with other users' experience or the app's infrastructure
• Use the app for commercial purposes without explicit permission
• Distribute or share scanning results in a way that could mislead others about product safety

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. Refunds are managed by Apple and subject to Apple's App Store refund policies. We cannot process refunds directly.

Privacy

Your use of TrustScan is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Limitation of Liability

TrustScan is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any decisions made based on the app's analysis or any consequences resulting from the use of our service. Users assume full responsibility for their health and safety decisions.
