Subscription and Payment

imagineAI offers auto-renewing subscription plans:

• Weekly Plan: $2.99/week for up to 50 images.
• Monthly Plan: $6.99/month for up to 200 images.
• Yearly Plan: $99.99/year for up to 1000 images per month.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

User Content

You retain all rights to any text prompts and images you create. However, you are responsible for ensuring that the content you generate does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use imagineAI for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use imagineAI to generate, share, or promote any illegal, offensive, or harmful content.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. Refunds are subject to Apple's policies.

Privacy

Your use of imagineAI is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
